NEMT Service & Cancellation Policy
Reliable transportation is critical to your health. To ensure we provide the best service to all members, please adhere to our service standards and cancellation protocols:
- Transportation Requests: Routine trips must be scheduled at least 2 business days in advance. Urgent trips are handled based on provider availability.
- Cancellation Rule: Members must cancel a scheduled trip at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up time. Failure to do so may result in a marked 'No-Show'.
- No-Show Policy: Progressive no-shows within a 90-day period may lead to a temporary suspension of non-emergency transportation privileges.
- Pick-Up Window: Please be ready at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Our drivers will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes upon arrival.
- Service Standards: All vehicles are climate-controlled and maintained to ensure safety and comfort during your transit.
